    Selamlarlar,

    Havanın sıcak olmasına rağmen üşüme ve titreme halindeyim. Yaklaşık 2 gündür bu şekildeyim. Üzerimi örtsem bile sıtma tutarmışcasına titriyor ve üşüyorum. Tüm eklem ve kaslarım ağrıyor. Fakat her hangi bir öksürük, burun akıntısı/tıkanıklığı yok. Ateş bazen yükseliyor. Bazende terliyorum. Yaşım 30, bu durumda iken merdiven çıkarken ve yol yürürken çok aşırı olmamakla beraber solunumda hafif bir zorluk hissediyorum.

    Uzun süreli arazide kazı çalışması yaptığımdan dolayı terledim. Sonucu ter sırtımda kurudu. Ayrıca soğuk bir içecekte içmiş bulundum.

    Ne kullanmamı tavsiye edersiniz.

    Şikayetlerinize göre bir ilaç tavsiye etmek uygun düşmez zira fiziki muayeneniz ve beşli kan tetkiki gerekir; atipik pnömoni( ayakta zatüre) sadece ateş ve kırgınlıkla gider öksürük balgam pek görülmez; hastanın sırtını dinlemekle ve akciğer röntgeni çekilmesi ile anlaşılabilir.Özetle zatüre olmuş olabilirsiniz doktor muayenesine gidiniz!
