    Merhaba kızım 1998 aralık doğumlu Talasemi hastası ilk adetini 1 yıl önce gördü. 6 ay sonra tekrar adet gördü. Şuan 7-8 ay geçmesine rağmen hala adet görmedi. 1.51 boyunda boyunu uzatacak bir yöntem önerir misiniz?  Adet düzensizliği normal mi?

    İlk adetten sonra 1 yıl içinde adet gecikmesi, az olması veya kısa sürmesi normaldir. Bu dönemde adetler yumurtlamasız olacaktır. Fazla, sık veya uzun sürerse kansızlığa neden olabileceğinden önemli olabilir. Boy uzaması için özel bir yöntem yok. Hastalık düzeyiğnde ise bazı tedaviler çocuk endokrinolojisi uzmanları tarafından verilebilir. Ancak göründüğü kadarıyla anormal değil gibi. Bu, kilosuna da bağlı. Özellikle ece uykularının düzenli olması ve yüksek protein tüketimi boy uzamasını artırır.
