    Merhaba ben 20 yasindayim 1.70 boyum ve kilom 62 ben 3 hafta once body'ye basladim. Aklimda hep bi soru var benim kaburga kemiklerimde sag ve sol tarafta boyle disari dogru cıkıklık var kendi bildim bileli boyleydi simdiye kadar herhangi bi sikayetim olmadi doktorada gitmedim simdi ilerde vucut gelistiricegim icin bi sorun olur mu diye dusunuyorum

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun,

    Kaburga kemiklerindeki eğriliğiniz tamamen anatomik ve doğuştan gelen bir özelliktir. Bazen çocukluk ve gelişme yaşlarında D vitamini ve kalsiyum eksikliği bu durumu yaratabilir. Akciğer fonksiyonlarında bozukluk yapmadığı sürece bu durum tamamen normaldir. Vücut geliştirme yapmanıza engel değildir. Hatta kas gelişimi ile bu görüntü düzelebilir. Bunun içinde vücut geliştirmeyi profesyonel bir hoca yardımı ile yapmanız sizin için daha iyi olacaktır.
