    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun. Özellikle bayan hastalarda kürek kemiklerinin çıkık görünmesi tamamen yapısal olup herhangi bir hastalığa işaret etmemektedir.

    Ancak özellikle bayanlarda ergenlik döneminde başlayan ve özellikle sırt bölgesindeki omurgaların ön bölgesinin gelişimsel geri kalması ile oluşan kamburluk hadisesi de (KİFOZ) kürek kemiklerinin çıkık durmasında sıklıkla rol oynayan altta yatan sebeptir. Bunu için bir ortopedi uzmanına muayene olmanız ve omurganızın tamamını içeren iki yönlü röntgenler ile herhangi bir eğrilik var mı yok mu gerekli ölçümlerin yapılması ve eğer bir sorun varsa tedavinin bu doğrultuda şekillenmesi gerekmektedir.
