    Adet gecikmeleri, özellikle de çocuk isteyen bir hanımda önemli bir belirtidir. Yumurtlamanın olup olmadığının dikkatle kontrol edilmesi gerekir. Bu da vajinal yoldan ultrason ile olacaktır. Ne yazık ki hormon testleri ile yapılan kontrol, eksik ve yanlış olur.
