    44 yaşındayım erkeğim. Sırtımda ve belimde ağrı vardı. Skolyoz filmi çekilerek %10 derece skolyoz olduğum tespit edildi. Sadece yüzme, pilates ve fizik tedavi ile bu yaştan sonra bu eğriliği düzeltip %10'luk açıyı (%5 veya daha küçük bir açıya) düşürmem mümkün olur mu?

    Geçmiş olsun. 20'li yaşlardan sonra görülen skolyoz vakalarında eğer eğiklik iç organları etkilemiyorsa egzersiz ve fizik tedavi uygulanmalıdır. Ancak bu yaşlarda %10'luk eğrilik 1-2 ay gibi kısa bir sürede düzelmez. Önemli olan eğriliğin azalmasından çok, ilerlemenin durdurulmasıdır. Özellikle ofis ya da çalışma ortamı ergonomisine dikkat edilmeli, kilo almamaya özen gösterilmelidir.
