    15 yaşındayım göz numaram aşırı derecede hızlı artıyo ve çok kafaya takmaya başladım artık gözlüksüz hiç bir şey göremıyorum yani -3,25 numaram var. Geçen gün internetten araştırdım miyopu tamamen geçirebilecek bi egzersiz olduğu iddia ediliyor "bates metodu" ben inanmadım genetik bir hastalık geçirilemez diye falan ama bayaa videosunu çekmişler egzersizlerin. Böyle bir şeyi ben de yapabilir miyim ? Miyopluğu egzersizle yok edebilir miyim ?
