    Sizi muayene etmeden yorum yapmak güç ancak sıcak uygulama ve istirahat ilk yapılması gerekenler. Ağrı kesici ve kas gevşeticilerin 1 ya da en fazla 2 hafta kullanılması gerekmekte. Fizik tedavi yöntemleri ve bazı özellikli egzersizler de ağrınızı azaltacaktır.
