    merhaba doktor bey. akcigerimde sırtımda ağrı ve kist hitadik geçmişimden dolayı yayılma oldu mu dio akciğer tomografisi çekildi ve rapor: anteriror mediastende milimetrik boyutlu rezidüel timus dokusu ile uyumlu yumuşak doku görünümü izlenmektedir. sol hemitoraksta göğüs posterior duvarında venöz vasküler yapılarda tortioze görünüm ve belirginleşme dikkat çekmiş olup nonpesifik olabilir.klinik korelasyon önerilir. bu ne demek acaba . 2 hfta öncede enkondromdan ameliyat olmuştum biyopsi daha çıkmadı.25 yaşındayım lütfen cevap bekliyorum teşekkürler

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun,

    Tomografi raporunuzda rezidüe timus dokusu ibaresi var. Bu normalde küçülmesi gereken timus bezinin kalıntısıdır. Belirgin bir patoloji değildir. Anatomik bir durumdur. Yani endişe edilecek bir durum değildir. Sol akciğerinizde göğüs arka duvarında toplardamarlarda belirginleşme ve bükülme izlenmiş. Bu da anatomik bir durum olabilir. Yalnız bunun Kalp Damar Cerrahi bölümünce araştırılması ve ileri tetkik gerekebilir. Bunun için Kalp Damar Cerrahi Uzmanına başvurmanızı önereceğim.
