    Öncelikle idrar yolu enfeksiyonu ve vajina enfeksiyonunu birbirinden ayırmak gerekli. İdrarınızda koku olması idrar yolu enfeksiyonundan kaynaklanabileceği gibi aldığınız ilaçlar, hatta yediğiniz yemeklerden kaynaklanabilir. İdrar tahlili ile konuyu aydınlatmak mümkün. 

    Vajinadan hissettiklerinize gelince zaten kronikleştiğini söyediğiniz mantar enfeksiyonunun bir belirtisi gibi görünüyor.

    Diyabetiklerde mantar enfeksiyonu ve idrar yolu enfeksiyonuna sık sartlanır. Tedavi de çok zor olur. Zor da olsa enfeksiyon tedavi edilmeli, ancak kan şekeriniz de mutlaka normal düzeylerde tutulmalıdır.
