    Merhaba benim uzak mesafe ilişkim var dolasılıyla erkek arkadaşımı 2 3 ayda bir görebiliyorum. Cinsel birlikteliğe başlamak istiyoruz fakat endişelerimiz var. Düzensiz bir beraberliğimiz olduğundan doğum kontrol hapı kullanamıyorum ve sadece prezervatif kullanmak da çok riskli gibi geliyor, sadece prezervatif kullanarak hamile kalan insanlar duyuyoruz, ve ben kesinlikle hamile kalmak istemiyorum bu yüzden çok tedirginim, yardımcı olabilir misiniz ne yapam gerekiyor?

    Sık cinsel birlikteliği olmayan çiftler için gerçekten doğum kontrol hapları iyi bir tercih değildir. Prezervatif kullanılması daha uygun olur. Düzgün ve kurallarına uygun olarak kullanılırsa prezervatif iyi bir korunma aracıdır. Sertleşme olduktan sonra hemen takılmalı ve boşalma sonrası çıkarıldıktan sonra cinsel temas olmamalıdır.
