    Merhabalar ... kasık ağrısı nedeniyle ultrason yaptırdım. Ultrason raporunda " Sağ over boyutları 44x32. Sağ overde yaklaşık 42x24mm boyutta ekojen septalar içeren düzgün sınırlı anakoik kistik değişiklik mevcuttur. RDUS'de vaskülerizasyon saptanmamistir. (Hemorojik kist?) Bunlar nedir? Ne yapmam gerekir?

    Yumurtlama sırasında yumurtanın içine kanama olur. Bu kanamanın biraz fazla olup birikmesi ile hemorajik kistler oluşur. Sizde de öyle olmuş. Ancak emin olmak için adet kanaması sırasında tekrar ultrasona girmelisiniz. Adet zamanında bu tip kistler iyileşir. Böylece ciddi bir nedeni olmadığını öğrenmiş olursunuz.
