    Qlairista hormona ait yan etkileri azaltmak için içindeki ilaç dozu çok azaltılmış bir kutudur. Bu nedenle zaman zaman kanama dengesini sağlayamaz. Ancak vücudun hormon salgılaması zaman içinde azalıp kontrolü ilaca bırakır. Bu bazen 3 ay alabilir. Bu sürede düzenli olarak ilaç kullanmaya devam edebilir veya kutu bitiminde başka bir ilaca geçebilirsiniz.
