    Tuvalet eğitiminin 2-3 yaş arasında verilmesini öneririz. Tabi bu her çocuğun hazırbulunuşluğuyla da ilgilidir.Tuvalet eğitiminin tamamlanmamasından kaynaklı da olabilir.Aynı durum idrarını yaparken de yaşanıyor mu ? Tuvalete gitmek istememesinin sebebi kabızlık veya  tuvalet eğitimine tepki vermesi olabilir. Kabızlık ise beslenmesine dikkat etmenizi, çok fazla katı gıdalar tercih etmemenizi ve bir çocuk doktoruna gitmenizi öneririm . Tuvalet eğitimine tepki verip   tuvalete oturmak istemediği içinse çocuğunuzun tercihine göre lazımlık veya klozet aparatı tercih edebilirsiniz. Katı, baskıcı  bir tutum sergilemeyin ve tuvalette geçireceği zamanı sıkıcı olmaktan çıkarıp eğlenceli hale getirebileceğiniz hikaye kitapları, kolay yıkanabilir oyuncaklar, çocuğunuzun ilgilerine göre çeşitli yapıştırmalar kullanabilirsiniz.
