    Merhaba;

    Gebeliğin erken doğumla sonlanacağını düşündüğümüz veya bebek için rahim içi ortamın artık güvenilir olmadığını hissettiğimiz durumlarda bebeğin akciğer gelişimini bir an önce hızlandırmak için kortizonlu iğneler kullanılabilir. Bu ilaç bebek hareketlerini azaltmaz. Ancak eğer bebeğin rahim içinde beslenmesinin azaldığını hissederek bebeği bir an önce doğurtmak için ilacı uygulamış ise doktorunuz bebeğin beslenememesinden ötürü hareketleri azalmış olabilir. Bu durumda nonstres test (NST) ile bebeğin hareketlerinin değerlendirilmesinde yarar var.
