    merhaba hocam.yasmin kullanıyorum. dün 2. hapımı almam gerekiyordu ve eşimle ilişkiye girdim.

    bugün dünkü hapımı almayı unuttuğumu  fark ettim ve 20 saat geçmişti  hemen hapımı aldım.  panikleyip geç kalmış yasmini içtikten yarım saat sonra ella içtim.

    şimdi normal düzende yasmine devam mı etmeliyim ek koruma yöntemi gerekir mi. ella yasminin koruyuculuğunu azaltır mı.teşekkürler

    Sorulara sondan başlayalım. Doğum kontrol hapını almayı unuttuğunuzu farkederseniz gördüğünüz anda unutulan ilaç da dahil iki tane ilaç almalısınız. Tek gün unutmuşsanız ve iki tane almışsanız koruma etkisi azalmaz. Ek yönteme gerek yok.

    Bu durumda ertesi gün hapı almanız da doğru değil. O kadar yüksek hormon içeriği ile karşılaşıyorsunuz ki ciddi hormon yan etkileri oluşabilir. Bu nedenle ertesi gün hapını mecbur kalmadıkça kullanmamaya çalışmalısınız.
