    öncelikle cevabınız için şimdiden teşekkürler. benim 6 gündür sağ alt karnım sağ taraf kasığım sancılanıyor ama bu sancı dinlenince geçiyor ara ara artıyor. ayrıca ben yol yürüdüğümde veya kendimi zorlayacak bir şey yaptığımda da bu bölgede sancım oluyordu fakat 6 gündür daha şiddetli. hastane gittim kan tahlillerim temiz çıktı. idrar tahlillerim temiz çıktı ultrason da ise sağ alt kadranda mezenterik lenf nodları saptanmış en büyüğü 1 cm büyüklüğündeymiş. sizce sancıya bu mu sebep oluyor ? genel cerrahi apandisit değil dedi aynı zamanda bulantılarım oluyor yemeği görünce iştahım kaçıyor bekarım yaşım 18 sizce sorun neyden kaynaklı ?
