    Merhabalar,ben yaklasik 6-8 ay yasmin kullandim ancak 1 ay ara verdim,normalde hamilelik riskini ilac kesildikten sonra 3 ay daha minimum düzeyde tutuyor diye okudum ancak dun korunmasiz bir birliktelik yasadigimdan ella almam gerekir mi? Bu arada yasmine tekrar basladim bugun.

    Doğum kontrol ilaçlarını belli bir süre kullandıktan sonra bir süre ara vermeniz gerekli değildir. Bu, eskiden kalma ve tamamen yanlış bir fikirdir.

    Doğum kontrol hapları, bırakıldıktan sonra etkilerini yitirir. Yani ilaç bırakıldıktan sonra  ay korumaya devam etmez. Bu da bir şehir efsanesinden ibarettir. 

    Bu durumda ilişki sırasında sizi koruyan bir şey yok. Bu nedenle ertesi gün hapı kullanmanız iyi olur.

    Tekrar doğum kontrol hapı kullanmaya başlamak için adet olmayı beklemelisiniz.
