    Merhabalar hocam kolay gelsın böyle bir imkan sunduğunuz için çok tesekkur ediyorum. Ben 24 yasındayım. Cınsıyetım erkek. Yüz kızarıklıgı konusundan çok muzdaripim. Karşı cinsle olan ilişkilerimde özellikle hep kızarıyor fazla konusamıyorum. Fiziğim itibariyle uzun boylu ve yaşını göstermeyen biriyim.     Tarifini yaptığınız özellikler özellikle rezil olduğunu düşünme kriteri; sosyal fobi'ye ait bir tanımlamadır. fakat tam bir teşhis koymak için bir çok kriteri karşılıyor olması gerekmektedir. bu bir hastalıkta olmayabilir sizin karakterinizi yansıtan baskın bir huyda olabilir ancak işlevselliğinizi etkiliyorsa ki anlattıklarınıza göre etkiliyor, yardım almanız gereklidir. Bir psikolog meslektaşımla görüşmenizde fayda vardır. Psikoterapiyle ve gerekirse ek tedavilerle düzeltilebilir bir durumdur. ancak kendiliğinden yok olması mümkün değildir.
