    Ella ertesi gün hapı kullanımı sonrasında emzirmeniz bebek için zararlı değildir. Ancak süt verme dönemi bile olsa iyi bir yöntemle korunmakta yarar var. Ertesi gün hapı bir korunma yöntemi olarak kullanılmamalıdır. Hem koruma oranı yüksek değildir, hem de yüksek doz hormon içerdiğinden risk oluşturabilir. Üstelik adet düzensizliği yaptığından etkisiz olup gebelik oluştuğunda tanısını geciktirebilir.
