    Merhabalar babam 58 yaşındadır. İki hafta önce soğuk algınlığı şikayetiyle ileri zatürre teşhisiyle göğüs hastalıkları hastanesine yatırıldı iki haftalık antibiyotik tedavisinden sonra pet bt  çekidi. Yayılma saptanmadı, bronkoskopi sonucunda ttf-1(8g7g3/1)cell marque negatif- CD56 Clone 123C3 Genemed negatif- Ki 67 (Clone GM010)Genemed negatif- p40 Gennova pozitif (fokal) çıkmıştır. Sonuç olarak olguda immünfenotipik ve sitomorfolojik olarak ileri yoruma gidilememiştir yazmaktadır. Yorumlarınızı beklemekteyim teşekkürler
