    Ben 27 yasindayim.Daha once ufak tefek zihinsel kontrol takintilarim vardi ornegin ders calismaya oturdugumda 1.sayfadan diger sayfaya gecemiyordum, evde yalniz kaldigimda her sey yerinde mi diye butun odalari dolasmadan icim rahat etmiyordu, tv kumandasini elime aldigimda illa butun kanallari dolasmaya zorluyordu beni zihnim.Bunlari psikoterapi almadan kendi kendime yendim fakat bu seferde bu eylemleri yapmayinca icimde anlamsiz bir bosluk duygusu olusmaya basladi bu durum normal midir
