    Merhaba, yaklaşık 4 aydır düzenli olarak doğum kontrol hapı yasmin kullanıyorum. Cuma günü 21 günlük kullanma sürem bitiyor 1 haftalık araya gireceğim ve aynı gün tatile çıkacağım. Pazartesi günü adet göreceğim için adet geciktirici kullanmak istiyorum bunun bir sakıncası var mıdır? Ya da adeti ertelemenin farklı bir yolu mevcut mudur?

    Böyle bir durumda doğum kontrol hapı bitince bırakmadan yeni kutuya başlanıp geciktirme gereksinimi bitince ilacı bırakırsanız daha isabetli olacaktır. tani geciktirici yerine doğum kontrol hapı kullanmak daha mantıklı. Sonrasında 1 hafta ara verilip yeni kutuya geçilebilir.
