    Ben 5 ayda 18 kg verdim kendi cabalarimla ama zararli seylerden uzak durarak bol su ve yüruyusle subatta diyete basladim haziranda 16 kg vermistim ama haziran ve temmuzda regl olmadim bunun sebebi nedir ?
