    merhaba DR um 46 yaşındayım bayanım.2011 senesinde bel fıtığından ameliyat oldum fakat ağrılarım ne ilaç ne iğne geçmiyor.en son çekildiğim emar sonucu şöyle:  T12 vertebra inferior,L2 ve L3 vertebra korpus superior end platoda milimetrik schmorl nodül formasyonu izlenmiştir. L4-5 intervertebral disk komşuluğunda modik tip 2 yağlı end plato değişikliği izlenmiştir.L4 vertebra korpus inferior end platoda milimetrik schmorl nodül formasyonu incelenmiştir.L4-5 intervertebral disk düzeyinde dejenerasyon ile uyumlu T2 sinyal azalması mevcuttur.Bu düzeyde sağda laminektomi defekti izlenmektedir.L4-5 intervertebral diski düzeyinde bilateral faset eklem hipertrofisinin eşlik ettiği genel periferal bulging görünümü mevcuttur.Sağda foraminal L4 sinir köküne yakın komşuluk izlenmektedir.(kontakt?)...bu sonucu değerlendirirseniz sevinirim...
