    Merhaba;

    Adet kanamasından önce kanlı akıntı başlamasına premenstrüel kanama denir. Adet kanamasından önceki 10 günde yumurtlama yerinden progesteron hormonu salgılanır. Bu hormon, rahim iç tabakasını gebeliğe hazırlar. Bu hormonun aniden düşmesi ile adet başlar. Kimi zaman bu hormonun yeterli salgılanamaması veya yavaş yavaş azalması ile premenstrüel kanama ortaya çıkar. Bu duruma lüteal faz yetmezliği denir. Gebe kalmayı zorlaştırabilir.
