    her gripten sonra nefes alamayacak şekilde öksürük şikayetiyle ve bazen durduk yere bile başalayan bi kuru öksürük şikayetiyle doktora gittim.ciğerim temiz,  doktorum bana mide ile ilgili olabileceğini astım belirtisi olmadığını  söyledi.alerjik olabileceğini  söyledi. (bundan 10 yıl önce alerjik astım oldugunu testler sonucunda öğrenmiştim bunu söylemiştim).şimdi tomografi çekildi sonuç: apekslerde minimal fibrotik değişiklikler,sağda apikal segmentteposteriorda 2.5mm çapında subplevral,alt lob süperior segmentte ve orta lob bazalinde fissür komşuluklarında yine 2.5 mm çaplarında nodüler dansite artışları,ayrıca sağda majör fissürde yer yer hafif kalınlaşma mevcuttur.
