    Merhabalar hocam .benim sol yumurtalik ında kist var. Doktor basit kist denilen kist dedi 3cm diyor. Ultrasyon sonucuna baktığımda sağ tarafta üste depth 6.0cm diyor. Ancak  alt kısımda  uterus

    Yaziyor. Doktora sorduğumda bu L ve H yi dikkate lan gerekiyor diyo. Dogrumu acaba. Yani 3cm diyor

    Anlaşılan bu ölçümler, kistin en ve boyu. Basit kist olduğunu düşünmek için öncelikle seri ultrasonlarla takip edip büyümediğini görmek gerekli. Adet kanaması zamanında yapılan ultrason ile kistin geçip geçmediğine bakmak iyi olur. Sonrasında kisti küçültmek için bazı ilaçlar kullanılabilir. Kist ilaçla geçiyor veya küçülüyor ise kist hakkında daha olumlu düşünülebilir.
