    Eğer PCO hastası iseniz yumurtlamanız olmuyor olabilir. Tedavi uygulanması gerekir. Yumurtlama oluyorsa bile bir PCO hastasının yumurtlama gününü bilmesi mümkün değildir. Her ay farklı tarihlerde olur. Yani düzensizdir. Zaten adet kanamaları da düzensiz olur. PCO olgularının çocuk tedavisinde ovulasyon indüksiyonu (yumurtlatma tedavisi) uygulanması uygun olur.
