    Doğum kontrol hapları içinde bulunan östrojen nedeniyle yumurtalık hormonu salgılamasını azaltır. Yumurtalıklardan kaçak olarak salgılanan androjenlerin de azalmasına neden olur. Ancak bu etki, kişiliğinizi ve ruh durumunuzu etkileyecek şekilde olmadığı gibi ses tonunuza da etki etmez.
