    Hocam merhaba. Babam şikayetleri doğrusunda doktora gidip akciğer tomografisi çektirmiş. Sonucu henüz göstermemiş. Sizden bilgi almak istedim. Akciğer kanseri gibi bir durum söz konusu mu? Değilse de sonuç nedir? Teşekkürler..

    Babanızda büyük ihtimal sigaraya bağlı olmak üzere Amfizem (KOAH) mevcut. Göğüs duvarının çapı artmış. Tomografide izlenen nodüllerin çapı 1 cm in altında olduğu için çok önemli değil. Yalnız sigara içiciliği varsa bunlar yüksek risk grubuna girer. Ve 3- 6 ay sonra tekrar bir tomografi çekilerek bu nodüllerde büyüme var mı yok sa yok mu bakmak lazım. Bu arada sigarayı bırakmasını öneririm. İki yıllık takip sonunda nodüllerde büyüme yoksa problem yok demektir. Saygılarımla
