    merhaba geçmiş olsun, topamax yerine başka ilaç kullanmalısın bu ilacın uyuşma unutkanlık dalgınlık gibi yan etkileri olabilmektedir. migrende topomax kullanılır ancak yan etkileri biraz fazla, nöroloji uzmanına başvurup ilacın değiştirilmelidir, yakın bir yerdeyseniz tedavinizi yapabiliriz, dr.
