Ancak akıntı ve kasık ağrısı, hele yumurtlama dönemine ve ilişki sonrasına rastlıyor ise yumurtalık kanalı iltihabı olasılığı düşünülmelidir. Yumurtalık kanalı enfeksiyonu çok ciddi bir hastalıktır.
