    yeni evliyim sağlık ocağından reginon marka doğum kontrol haı kullanıyorum bugün kullanmaya başlayalı 20 gün oluyor.İlacı hergün düzenli olarak gece 10 da yutuyorum.ilk başlarda hiçbir yan etkisini görmedim ancak 2 gündür uyandığımda mide bulantım olyor. haptan kaynaklı olabilir mi.

    Merhaba;

    Doğum kontrol haplarının yan etkilerinden biri mide bulantısıdır. Özellikle kullanılmaya başlandığı ilk ay olur. Sonradan başlaması biraz kural dışı görünüyor. Ancak kutuyu bitirin. İkinci kutuyu kullanırken de bulantı devam ediyorsa üçüncü kutuyu almazsınız. Bulantı etkisini azaltmak için ilacı gece almayı denemelisiniz.
