    Adet öncesi hafif bir baskı hissedilebilir. Ancak tansiyonunuzu düşürecek kadar şiddetli ve rektuma batma oluşturacak kadar fazla ise altında bir sorun olup olmadığı saptanmaya çalışılmalı. Bu tip durumların en sık nedeni endometriozistir.
