    Merhaba ismim selçuk ben 310 gündür askerim ve nöbetlere giriyorum son nöbetimde sol bacağımda kalçamın altından dize kadar arka adelede ince, tarif etmek gerekirse gitar teli kalınlığında bi ağrı hissi oldu.daha önceleri belimde ağrılar oluyordu ama sol bacak ağrısından 2 hafta önce bel ağrısı başladı. sandalyelere koltuklarda çok fazla oturduğumda yatakta uzanırken veya uzun süre aynı pozisyonda uyurken belimin alt çukurumsu yerinde ağrılar oluyordu.şuan olduğum yaşlarımda babamda fıtık olmuştu ve 4 kez cerrahi operasyon geçirmişti. en büyük korkum fıtık olmak. sporla uğraştığım için benim için ciddi bi engel olabilir.ilgi ve alakanız için şimdiden teşekkür ederim iyi günler dilerim.
