    merhaba ben en son ocak ayında adet görmüştüm şubatın 27 sinde çok sancılı bir ağrım oldu kasığımda ulstrasona girdim kist patlamış sol over büyük olup içinde 42.27 mm boyutlu kistik lezyon izlendi sağ paraoverial alanda douglas lojuna uzanan minimal serbest mayi izlendi denildi  adette görememiştim bu yüzden martın 9unda adet gördüm 5 gün sürdü daha sonra ultrasona girdim  kistin temizlendiğini korkulcak bir şey olmadığını söylediler fakat ben martın 9undan sonra bir daha adet olamadım. nedeni nedir bana yardımcı olur musunuz?
